Life Coach Kim Yancy Creating Opportunity
Like many other resources, Title 1 schools have limited access to life coaching programs. Coach Kim Yancy, founder of Pathway to Success, is an advocate for making life coaching available in the classrooms.
She believes that giving students the opportunity to develop a healthy process to learn and grow can absolutely lead to empowerment. That in itself unlocks so many doors and creates clarity on pushing through road blocks that might get in their way.
Life coaching is not a new industry, it actually started in the United States in the 1980’s. But, the impact that life coaching can have in the classroom, community, and even for educator themselves is exponential.
When someone has built a solid career in the education system, and still creates space for herself to become a certified life coach. That speaks volumes! I mean Coach Yancy’s experience ranges from classroom teacher to admin coordinator.
With all that knowledge, she still felt like the Global Life Institute’s life coach certification program was next level because of its mental and behavioral health training.
