What transformations have you witnessed in educators who have become certified life coaches?
I am more cognizant and operate in awareness of each student so I can attend to their mental health needs and develop a rapport to create a safe space for them to be heard and seen.

I’ve seen attendance issues or truancy issues become resolved. Behaviors improve because they are given skills to manage themselves, grades improve, and overall self-confidence improve.
